WHO AM I?

My name is Corey Howard. I’m just a regular guy living in South Dakota. As a skinny 135lb senior in high school, I started lifting weights when I was 18. As a result, I’ve spent most of my adult life in the fitness industry and since 2006, I’ve owned a private personal training studio, Results Personal Training. I’ve earned certifications in everything from kettlebells, Olympic lifting, boxing, and strength and conditioning.

Through the years I’ve worked with everyone you can imagine, from 9-year-olds to 85-year-olds. From complete beginners to professional athletes.
